Abortion Access
At its January 10, 2023 Abortion Access Committee meeting members set goals for 2023 and affirmed its vision that every person in the United States has access to a safe, legal abortion. Building on last year’s efforts, committee members agreed to continue advocating for important comprehensive reproductive health legislation, increasing public awareness by hosting impactful reproductive rights films accompanied with panel discussions, submitting letters to the editor, updating AVfC members through its newsletter plus other outreach and advocacy activities. Abortion Access Committee members meet bi-monthly via Zoom.
